F22-02-016 - Cameron Peak Fire Mitigation Design, Construction, Oversight and Owner’s Rep

The City of Greeley Water and Sewer Department is requesting proposals for Design, Construction Oversight, and Owner’s Representative for fire mitigation projects including point mitigation and aerial mulching.
Various post-fire mitigation methods have been proven to reduce erosion and sedimentation that may affect water quality, infrastructure and lives of the citizenry located within, adjacent, or down slope of the fire perimeter. Using the United States Forest Service (USFS) soil burn severity assessment, USFS debris flow model, Colorado Forest Restoration Institute (CFRI) hillslope erosion model, hillslope grade, and site visits, medium and high priority areas have been identified where this work would be beneficial to the watershed
