F24-08-070 - City Council Chambers A/V Upgrade

The purpose of this RFP is to update our current A/V equipment in the City Council room and supporting overflow space, as well as provide for a much-improved streaming meeting experience. The council chamber is used in multiple configurations for council meetings, boards and commissions meetings, and general staff meetings. The City is looking for a uniform meeting experience regardless of the room configuration and should focus on ease-of-use for employees.
