IFB-FG14-04-063 - City Hall Annex Entrance Vestibule

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes building an entrance vestibule on the west side of the building. This will encompass the exterior door of Bldg. Inspections and the sliding doors of the main building. The awarded contractor will remove the set of interior double doors, replace the sliders with double swing doors and upgrade the heating system. This will allow the exterior doors to close completely before opening an interior door, reducing heat and cooling costs.
