Summary of Specifications:
This project includes the remodeling of four sets of public restrooms (4 men's & 4 women's), one set per floor of the existing Greeley City Hall Annex Building to provide for accessibility in all restrooms. The remodel includes demolition of all interior floor and wall finishes, lighting, sinks, countertops, toilet partitions, toilets and accessories. New finishes include new floor and wall tile, ceilings, toilet partitions, sinks and countertops, lighting, accessories, and relocation of the existing toilets.
