RFP- FL13-03-062 - City of Greeley Sanitary Sewer Master Plan

Summary of Specifications:
The selected firm will update the City’s 2008 Sanitary Sewer Master Plan and the North Front Range Utility Plan. They will also be required to aid in the development of a more comprehensive flow monitoring program using 8 inch and larger distribution and collection mains. The consultant shall supervise the Master Plan flow monitoring program, along with examining the City’s current Utility Plan boundaries and areas not presently served by the City, but that are in the Utility Plan Boundary; to develop a plan to serve those areas. Update and calibrate the City’s H20MAP Sewer Model to a GIS based InfoSWWM Model with data received from the 2013 flow monitoring program. The consultant will identify hydraulic deficiencies in the system as the result of the model update and prepare a prioritized list of possible sewer collection improvements along with cost. This shall also be included in the City’s Sewer Collection Master Plan.
