Summary of Specifications:
This Work consists of the installation of new sanitary sewer pipeline in the College Park Subdivision in Greeley, CO. The projects consists of the removal and disposal of approximately 1,224 SY of asphalt pavement, 123 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1, 691 LF of 8” sanitary sewer pipe, 6 concrete manholes, 6 trees and other miscellaneous items. New construction will consist of 1,571 LF of 15” PVC SDR 35 pipe, 1,331 LF of 12” PVC SDR 35 pipe, 32 LF of 8” PVC SDR 35 pipe, 13-5’ DIA. Manholes, 5-4’ DIA. Manholes, 1,224 SY of 7” depth asphalt pavement patch, 123 LF concrete vertical curb and gutter and other miscellaneous items required for construction.
