Summary of Specifications:
This project will produce designs for: the construction of a detention pond and connection to the existing stormwater system, along with associated inlets, manholes and other appurtenances to include an emergency overflow; and a reimagined Park, possibly with new uses. All of these improvements are planned for completion during the 2017 construction season. We are seeking a team to include Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture professionals who will partner together with our team and provide plans that can be constructed and function long term in a cohesive manner.
