Summary of Specifications:
This project involves installation of a pre-fabricated single occupancy outdoor public restroom (BY OTHERS) known as the “Portland Loo” at the intersection of 9th Avenue and 8th Street in downtown Greeley, CO. The work involves installation of new water, sewer and electrical utilities to serve the outdoor restroom. Site work including miscellaneous concrete work, boring and utility installation. At least 50% of the work must be performed using the Contractor’s own personnel. ALL CONSTRUCTION WILL MEET THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS (LATEST EDITION). Sidewalks and ramps constructed as part of this work that exceed allowable running or cross slopes will be removed at replaced at contractor’s expense.
