RFP- FL12-10-193 - ENGINEERING/DESIGN SERVICES FOR PARALLEL CBT PIPELINE

Summary of Specifications:
This proposed project, upon completion, will increase the delivery capacity of Greeley’s CBT water to the Bellvue WTP to 50 MGD with the installation of approximately 2300’ parallel pipeline to the existing 24” pipe. The new pipe will be a minimum 36” diameter. The project will include a new turn-out off the Hansen Canal, cross-tie with the existing pipe, flow measurement systems that feed data into Greeley’s SCADA system, and discharge works into the control ponds. Crossing of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal will require a boring and jacking operation. Crossing the City of Fort Collins’ existing raw water lines and penetration of the Canal dike may also require a boring and jacking operation.
