Description

The City is seeking qualified firms who can assist the City’s Real Estate Management Department with various purchase, sale, and lease transactions, as needed, completion of market estimates and monitoring of property listings, generation of real estate related reports, and assist with strategic planning assignments by serving as the City’s agent in certain transactions and studies, as needed. Selected vendor shall serve as an advisory partner to the City through various real estate strategic planning efforts and through the execution of real estate transactions, helping ensure the City procures and disposes of real estate in an efficient and effective manner.
