F24-08-073 - HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Fun

The City of Greeley Housing Solutions Department is requesting proposals from interested firms to provide professional consulting services for program management of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, and HOME Investment Partnership programs both administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).This document constitutes a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) inviting interested companies to submit offers to fulfill this need for the City.
Some activities requiring consulting services will be funded with federal grant funds. Due to associated federal grant procurement requirements, neither the City’s local preference nor livable wage provisions apply to this procurement. Additionally, required federal contract terms will be incorporated into any resulting contract.
