Summary of Specifications:
The City of Greeley is seeking a contractor for a design build/install new Johnson Control’s controllers to (2) King roof top units to meet new sequence of operation. This includes all piping, wiring controls, controllers and sensors. The Event Center has Johnson metasys work station already installed. Connect both air handling units to work station and commission both air handling units with City of Greeley Facilities Management staff on site for verification of sequence and training.
