IFB-FL14-02-027 - Island Grove Well Construction

Summary of Specifications:
This Work consists of the drilling, construction, development, and aquifer testing of up to three irrigation wells at the Island Grove Regional Park located at 501 N. 14th Avenue in the City of Greeley, Colorado. All equipment, materials, including bits shall be clean, new and disinfected prior to access to the site. The Contractor shall also provide and install the requisite pumping equipment, install the appropriate piping and connections, and connect the wells to the existing irrigation system such that the system is complete and fully functional. The Owner will provide the Pump Control Panels and the Magnetic Flow Meters, which will be furnished to the Contractor for installation. The Contractor shall also be responsible for furnishing all labor and materials required to plug and abandon the three old existing irrigation wells and four existing monitoring wells as set forth in the Bid Schedule.
