Description

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified providers of legal management software that is designed to manage the different types of services the City Attorney's Office provides to the City. The total project will include the selection and acquisition of software, implementation and data migration services, and maintenance, training and support services for the new system. The CAO is requesting proposals to obtain a comprehensive legal case management software system (“LCMS”) that can meet the current requirements of the CAO and is capable of expansion to meet future needs. The CAO requires a hosted Cloud-based solution with 99.999% availability and with minimal local client (PC) software install, to provide CAO staff the greatest flexibility in accessing the software. The CAO would prefer a LCMS that is (or can be) designed to meet the unique needs and support the diverse services of a municipal city attorney’s office.
