RFP-M16-07-002 - Linn Grove Cemetery Fuel Site Upgrade

Summary of Specifications:
The Linn Grove Cemetery in Greeley is a city-owned facility. The address is 1700 Cedar Avenue, Greeley, CO. Two 1,000 gallon underground storage tanks (UST) exist on the north side of the maintenance building. One has been used for gasoline and the other for diesel fuel. It has been determined that these two tanks should be removed, the excavation should be inspected, and the area should be backfilled and compacted with acceptable fill. A new concrete slab will be poured with proper drainage and slope and new above ground tanks will be installed. This projects also includes site improvements including a retaining wall relocation and coordination with cemetery staff to relocate an irrigation system.
