The City of Greeley is requesting proposals to upgrade the existing Octel 200 Serenade voice messaging system. This will include providing manufacturers’ maintenance service agreement renewals, hardware, revisions and any other value added services which may include, but are not limited to, hardware/software discounts, design services, software protection, technical training and buy back of existing equipment in order to benefit the City.
