The City of Greeley (City) is seeking a consultant to prepare a two phased Organizational and Operational Assessment of its Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to determine its readiness to address the challenges of the next 10 years – particularly in light of the impacts of environmental and weather changes – including fires, public safety power shutoff events, floods, heat and air quality public health impacts, pandemics, among other local emergency events.
