Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of creating two picnic shelters, a concrete slab to allow vehicle access across an existing concrete channel, road improvements to a new gravel parking lot with 15 car, 1 handicap, and 4 truck and trailer parking spaces, an option to include additional pavement and parking adjacent to the new gravel parking lot, gravel pavement along 25th Avenue, walkway and portable restroom slab, fencing, sign kiosk and solar gate assembly.
