The City is comprised of a workforce of approximately 850 full-time and approximately 800 plus hourly/seasonal employees.

The City complies with federal rules and regulations regarding DOT (Department of Transportation) drug and alcohol testing.
The City policy includes drug and alcohol testing for pre-employment
The City conducts approximately 500 Non-DOT drug tests, 50 Non-DOT alcohol tests, 100 DOT drug tests, and 20 DOT alcohol tests annually.
The City's fiscal year is from January 1st to December 31st.
