The City of Greeley, Division of Information Technology is requesting proposals from Platinum Certified Avaya Business Partners interested in upgrading the City’s Avaya phone system. This will include providing manufacturers’ maintenance service agreement renewals, revisions and any other value added services offered by Avaya or Business Partner that will benefit the City while reducing operational costs and/or improving current service levels.
