Summary of Specifications:
The Water and Sewer Department for and on behalf of the City of Greeley, is seeking Prequalification Statements from licensed contractors to pre-qualify firms for its Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Rehabilitation Project. Contractors familiar with value engineering and constructability review, subcontractor and supplier pre-bid outreach, development of a CPM schedule and “Anticipated Construction Phase Cost” are encouraged to submit.
