F22-08-065 - State and Federal Lobbying Services

The City of Greeley is seeking proposals for state and federal lobbying services from firms with extensive experience advocating before the Colorado State Legislature and with an anticipated fulltime presence at the Colorado State Capitol during the 2023 legislative session.
In addition to being well-versed in municipal and local government policies and operations, it is imperative that the contracted lobbyist has long-standing relationships and extensive experience the arena of Colorado water issues, at both the State and Federal levels. That being said, the contracted firm will have the ability to sub-contract in areas of special interest as necessary with the explicit written consent of the City.
In certain circumstances, the city will entertain separate contracts for State and Federal lobbying services.
