F22-09-083 - Transit Maintenance Pit Infills

The project is going to take place at Transit, 1300 A street, building A. of the Service Center. This building houses the City’s Bus transit department, Bus storage and maintenance. This project is to remove the current maintenance pit, by removing the exhaust system, lighting and re-working the drainage. Then filling the pit with flow fill and finish with concrete. This is to fill in the maintenance pit per the design plans attached. Pull permits using the e-trackit system, the fee will be waived. Assemble dust barrier from ceiling to floor. Saw cut the concrete at the permitter of the demolition area haul away the concrete and debris and old equipment this will include ducting and electrical components such as lighting and conduit and wire etc.… Extend the existing drains. flow fill the pit per the plans. Tie rebar and pour the floor into place using the attached plans. remove the dust barrier, clean any construction debris or dust off of surrounding areas plus the work site. refer to the 2 sets of plans that are attached for a complete scope of work.
