Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Statement Of Qualifications (SOQ’s) for the City of Greeley’s, Water Treatment Plant Improvements: Package B project (Project) invites statements of qualifications (SOQ’s) according to the requirements set forth in this Request for SOQ’s, including the format and content guidelines in Section 5. The SOQ’s will be reviewed and evaluated using the single-step, qualifications-based selection process described in Section 6. The capitalized terms in this Request for SOQ’s have the meanings as first used in the text of this Request for SOQ’s and as defined in Attachment A (Definition of Terms). City of Greeley, Construction Management at-Risk Project Water Treatment Plant Improvements: Package B is planned to be designed by an independent engineering firm contracted with the Owner. The construction will be done by the Construction Manager (CMAR) assuming a mutually accepted price and schedule can be agreed upon between the Owner and the CMAR.
