PW2022-91037 - Belleview and Fairfax Left Turn Improvements Study

The project objective is to complete a concept study for alternatives to improve the left turning movement from north bound Fairfax Street at Belleview Avenue.  This will entail public and stakeholder engagement, preparation of conceptual level layouts, and completion of draft and final reports.  The existing intersection is stop-controlled on Fairfax Street, the minor leg.  The concept study should develop and screen alternatives which reduce driver delay, increase safety and address other community concerns for traffic turning onto west bound Belleview Avenue from northbound Fairfax.  The Consultant shall explore multiple improvements that can be made to the intersection to achieve these objectives.
