Provide a list of subcontractors, as applicable. The project team must include a local pump installer experienced with Precision Pumping Systems products or other equivalent pump systems with non-proprietary control software. The project team must also include an underground steel tank lining installer capable of sandblasting and coating the tanks using Tnemic Polyamide Epoxy or equivalent. The City will reject all bids that do not provide pump and tank lining specialties on their proposed project team.

Provide three references of pump installation projects with similar scope completed within the last five years by the primary contractor and subcontractors to demonstrate ability to successfully complete the technical aspects of the project. For each reference project, the Contractor shall provide a general description of the work, staff involved from the proposed team in sections 3.(d) and 3.(e) of the RFB, and project owner contact information. The City reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to reject any bids that do not provide or provide insufficient project references for the work required.
