PW-ENG-1 - General Engineering Inspection Services

The City of Greenwood Village is inviting proposals for consultant services for General Engineering Inspection Services. The scope of work is addressed in the attached documents.  In addition to the items addressed in the scope, general requirements and considerations, and the sample agreement, the following information is required:
 

1. The names and resumes of staff personnel who are proposed to be assigned for the duration of the inspection work.

2. The proposal must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System for City evaluation.

3. The rate sheet must be provided electronically as a separate submittal for City evaluation

4. The names and addresses of outside Consultants who will be retained to work on this project.

5. A list of the firm’s previous experience in general engineering inspections and reporting of daily construction activities.

6. Three (3) references that can provide a knowledgeable recommendation of the Consultant.
