Summary of Specifications:
Remove existing roof systems, existing flashings, and sheet metal flashings as shown on the drawings down to the existing substrate. Prepare existing roof deck surfaces (lightweight concrete or plywood) to receive new roof. Furnish and install new fully adhered Sarnafil or FiberTite (as specified) PVC/EIP roof system, PVC flashings, and new sheet metal as shown on drawings. Perform all work as specified in accordance with the specifications and drawings.
