Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Bid #2992 to: Provide material and perform cracksealing on asphalt city streets. Streets to be completed are various Residential, Collector and Arterial streets in the city of Lakewood. Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, until 10:00 A.M., (MT) (our clock) on January 7, 2010. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of bid opening. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders will be rejected.

Specifications may be purchased at a non-refundable cost of $20.00.
The estimate for this project is within $250,000-300,000.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole.
