RFP-3695 - Denver Federal Center, Building 20 Rennovation Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or teams interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (“CM/GC”) services for improvements to Building 20 at the Denver Federal Center. The selected CM/GC will provide services to Lakewood in two phases. The first phase (“Negotiation Support”) will include pricing the services requested by the GSA for Building 20, providing Lakewood with advice to manage risk and reduce costs and assisting Lakewood during its negotiations with the GSA. The second phase (“Building 20 Renovation”) will be CM/GC services for the design and construction of the improvements to Building 20 to fulfill Lakewood’s obligations to the GSA. These two (2) phases are collectively referred to herein as the “Project”.
