RFP 5022 - Dept. of Community Resources - Comprehensive Master Plan (Arts, Parks & Rec.)

The City of Lakewood (the “City”) is seeking qualified individuals or entities (“Respondents”) to submit proposals to prepare a Comprehensive Master Plan for the City’s Department of Community Resources (the “Master Plan”).  The City seeks a systemic Master Plan document that is concise, user friendly, and visionary with regard to the health, vibrancy and the direction of the Community Resources Department’s facilities, programs and services.
