Notice is hereby given that the City of Lakewood, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Bid #3036:
The project scope includes silt fencing, surveying, demolition and disposal of existing playground equipment and concrete edger, removal and disposal of pea gravel, sod stripping and shredding, topsoil striping, earthwork, concrete playground edger construction, subgrade preparation and concrete walks, bench installation, topsoil spread and sodding. Bids will be received at the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st Floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, until 10:00 A.M., (MT) (our clock) on March 25, 2010. Bids will not be accepted after the specified hour and date of bid opening. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders will be rejected.

Specifications & Plans may be obtained from the Finance Department Front Desk, 1st floor, Civic Center South, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, after March 3, 2010.
A Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held in the Finance Conference Room at 10:00am on March 16, 2010.
Specifications & Plans may be purchased at a non-refundable cost of $20.00.
The estimate for this project is under $25,000.
The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and/or to reject any or all Bids in part or in whole.
