Description of Project: The scope of the selective landscape renovation is to renovate the selected parking lot islands and clubhouse foundation planting beds according to the treatment schedule. Generally, each location has existing junipers and undesirable plant material scheduled for removal and replaced with decorative stone, sod or wood mulch. Minor irrigation renovations (laterals and heads), steel edging, landscape fabric, paint and a wooden fence are also included in the Work.
The project is to be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
