Summary of Specifications:
As part of the EECDBG American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the City of Lakewood has allocated funding to provide engineer and design services for the replacement of 14 RTU HVAC units at Green Mountain Recreation Center. Green Mountain Recreation Center is located at 13198 W. Green Mountain Drive, Lakewood Colorado. The recreation center is 39,216 square feet in size and includes gymnasium, racquetball court, weight training areas, aerobic exercise areas, locker rooms, indoor swimming pool, and staff office area. Originally constructed in late1970’s, the building has had two remodels completed, the last of which completed in the mid 1990’s.
