SOQ-3086 - HVAC Mechanical System Re-Commissioning

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood is seeking qualifications from interested firms to provide re-commissioning services for selected building facilities. This project will be funded by the by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (“A.R.R.A.”). As such, the provider of services for this project shall ensure that all stipulations regarding the ARRA requirements are duly addressed in the product to be delivered. The provider of services shall ensure that their product reflects and incorporates ARRA requirements in the resulting deliverables such that the provider of services and any consultants or sub-contractors required to perform based on the product provided by the provider of services will comply with all ARRA requirements as set forth in the ARRA.
