RFQ-3453 - Lakewood Link Skatepark Sanolet Enclosure

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Lakewood would like a proposal for installing a prefabricated Sanolet Enclosure adjacent to the Lakewood Link Skatepark, 1295 South Reed Street, Lakewood, CO 80232. Suggested manufacturer is ‘Litchfield’, or other pre-approved equal. The 8’ x 8’ Enclosure will sit on a 10’ x 10’ concrete pad, and will be connected to an existing sidewalk with a 10’ wide, 6’ long new sidewalk. The contractor shall grade around the site. A building permit is not required; nor concrete or soil testing. Irrigation adjustments and re-sodding will be performed by the City of Lakewood.
