Summary of Specifications:
This project if awarded will provide over-lot rough grading for future park improvements at 2501 South Gladiola Way. Work includes installation of temporary erosion control measures, top soil stripping (approximately 4,000 cu.yd.) and replacing, and on-site grading of cuts and fills (approximately 8,500 cu.yd.). A Notice of Award, if issued, will be issued between January 9, 2009 and January 26, 2009. The successful contractor shall have 6 days to finalize the contract and provide necessary bonding before a Notice to Proceed will be issued on the 7th day after the Notice of Award. The contractor must start on-site work on the date of the Notice to Proceed. Construction staking will be provided by the City. Project is to be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
