Summary of Specifications:
A complete roof replacement on the Lakewood Police Traininig Facility located at 1900 South Kipling Street. Work includes: Removing existing single-ply roof systems, existing flashings, and sheet metal flashings as shown on the drawings down to the specified substrate. Prepare existing concrete roof deck surfaces to receive new roof. Furnish and install new fully adhered 90 Mil EPDM roof system, EPDM flashings, and new sheet metal as shown on drawings.
