ITB-3105 - Public Safety Center Boiler Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
Base Bid: Provide two new boilers for owner installation - Patterson Kelly model number N-1500-MFD, 1500 MBH with extruded copper finned tubes, fully modulating burners from 20% to 100% (for a five to one turndown), with outdoor temperature reset, Boiler circulator control with adjustable delay off. Supply vent condensate neutralization kit with reactive limestone. 

Alternate #1: Remove the two existing boilers including breaching, gas piping, supply and return piping as necessary to install two new boilers 

Install the two new boilers, with associated piping as necessary for a complete installation. Factory start up and field training to be included. 

Each boiler will be pipe as a secondary loop with a Wilo Top- S 2x25 circulating pump with flanges. Pumps to be 480 volt 3 phase 1.9 amps, Starter and contactors by others. 

Boilers to be individually vented with six inch Schebler e-vent or equal. Vent materials to be 24 gauge AL294C stainless steel inner with aluminized steel outer.
