Summary of Specifications:
Placement of approximately 233,565 square feet of blue grass sod on athletic fields at Ray Ross Park, located at 680 South Harlan Street. No site preparation work is required by the contractor beyond normal preparation efforts prior to the immediate laying of the sod. Sod rolls must be 48” wide and free of any nylon netting. Project is to be completed on or before June 4, 2010. Notice to Proceed shall be issued no later than May 24, 2010.
