ITB-2886 - South Sheridan Irrigation Renovation

Summary of Specifications:
This project includes replacing an existing dirty water irrigation system at a 16.8 acre park. The irrigation system covers approximately 4.3 acres and covers primarily existing athletic fields. The work includes replacement of main line, lateral lines, valves, heads, and wiring. The work is detailed on two plan sheets that can be used for take-offs for determining quantities of materials. This is a lump sum project. Bids are to include all costs associated with and necessary for the work including but not limited to materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and overhead. Contract time period is 30 calendar days.
