ITB 5085 - Street Maintenance Division 2022 Concrete Repair Program

The Work involves performing preparatory concrete repairs and replacement on streets that will be resurfaced in 2022 and 2023 pursuant to a separate Invitation to Bid (Resurfacing is not part of this ITB). 
The 2022 concrete program will be separated into two (2) distinct programs/bid schedules.  Each bid schedule will include work in neighborhoods, arterial streets, collector streets and City owned parking lots.  Appendix B lists the locations for each schedule/program and specifies the estimated quantities for each location.  The Contractor will mark and identify for removal and replacement sections of concrete within the City’s right-of-way.  Work shall proceed through the streets shown in Appendix B, in the order shown, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer.  Award of this ITB may be non-exclusive, i.e., awarded to more than one Bidder per Bid Schedule. 

Contract time shall begin on the date stipulated in the “Notice to Proceed”, and the Contractor shall diligently prosecute the work to final completion before the identified completion date.  The project is to be completed by October 1, 2022.
