DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The project consists of removal and new construction of various site improvements at Westland Park. The project scope includes but is not limited to demolition items, minor earthwork and grading, subgrade prep, new concrete flatwork, cast in place concrete curbing and bridge and bridge abutments, drainage pipe, gravel, playground equipment and safety surfacing, irrigation system modification, sod and native grass seeding

The project is to be completed within Ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
