Summary of Specifications:
The White Way Grill is a 240 square foot historical diner renovation. The building is a one-story, pre-fabricated metal building, originally manufactured in 1947. The existing building has been moved and set on an engineered foundation. Work includes mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, floor deck repair, exterior metal work, and exterior painting. The purpose of this contract is to renovate the exterior of the building, and provide utilities to the building. Interior finish work is minimal. Site work is minimal. Contractor shall renovate according to The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.
