Summary of Specifications:
The work proposed in this project shall consist of the removal of approximately 450 square yards of asphalt and 2,100 square yards of concrete; installation of 300 lineal feet of curb and gutter, 1,600 feet of curb gutter and sidewalk, 275 square yards of concrete pans and aprons, 325 square yards of curb ramps with truncated domes, 100 square yards of sidewalk, 275 lineal feet of curb cuts; placement of 200 tons of structural backfill and 140 tons of hot bituminous pavement patching; related landscape restoration, construction traffic control and erosion control. This work is located at various sites around the City of Littleton.
The City of Littleton appreciates your interest in these projects. Due to a limited budget, the City is bidding this as an alternate bid project. Bidders are required to submit proposals for Schedules “A” through “D”. Depending upon bids received and the available budget, the City reserves the right to award any Schedule or combination of Schedules “A” through “D” to the one Bidder whose bid on those schedules awarded constitutes the lowest and best bid.
