IFB-0007-2009 - 2009 SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT

Summary of Specifications:
The proposed 2009 Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project shall consist of locating and raising to grade nine sanitary sewer manholes, six spot repairs of sanitary sewer pipe, removal of 582 lineal feet of 6' sanitary sewer pipe and replacement with 8" pipe and related landscape restoration and asphalt patchback. This work is located in various sites around the City of Littleton. The City of Littleton appreciates your interest in this project. Due to a limited budget, the City is bidding this as an alternate bid project. Bidders are required to submit proposals for Schedules "A" through "C". Depending upon bids received and the available budget, the City reserves the right to award any Schedule or combination of Schedules "A" through "C" to the one Bidder whose bid on those schedules awarded constitutes the lowest and best bid.
