IFB-0004-2009 - 2009 Sealcoat Program

Summary of Specifications:
The work shall consist of applying slurry seal, chip seal, cape seal or crack sealant material to the residential and collector pavements in accordance with these Specifications. The pay item for seal coats and crack seal shall include all surface preparation, notification, traffic and parking control, weed removal, mobilization and all other work not specified as separate pay items. There will be a Pre-Bid showing on March 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Prospective bidders will be able to meet with a City representative at the City Center offices at 2255 W. Berry Ave., Littleton CO 80120. Any questions concerning the bid documents or Plans must be submitted to the Owner by 5:00 p.m., March 6, 2009. Plan or Specification addenda will be available online at Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System at any time, if such is prepared.
