Summary of Specifications:
All prices shall include delivery to various locations in the Littleton area. Orders will normally be from three (3) to twenty (20) yards on any given day; however, an occasional order may exceed that amount. Concrete shall be composed of Portland cement, water, fine and course aggregate, and such admixtures as may be authorized for a specific delivery. The Owner reserves the right to test the concrete from any batch of concrete, from any order, at any time that it deems appropriate. Estimated usage for the year is 350-450 yards. There will be no obligation on the part of the Owner to purchase the estimated amount or to limit our purchases to that amount. The bid price submitted will be for the entire year of 2013. Bidders are to bid on the materials as identified in the Bid Specifications or on approved equals. Bidders may submit specifications, brochures and other supplemental materials describing similar products for approval either prior to or with their bids. Bidders may have more than one plant capable of supplying Owner’s needs. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid.
