Summary of Specifications:
The Little’s Creek Drainage Improvements, Phase 2 West Lake Avenue to Windermere Street Project consists of installation of concrete box culverts at Lake, Parkhill and Crocker intersections with Sterne Parkway, three grouted boulder drop structures at those culvert entrances, riprap, channel grading of approximately 1,000 linear feet, sanitary sewer and water line relocation, roadway intersection improvements, and related erosion control, traffic control and landscape restoration along Sterne Parkway between West Lake Avenue and Windermere Street.
