IFB-021-2016 - 2016 Service Center Gate Replacement Project

The City of Littleton is replacing the vehicle entry gate at the Sheri Lane entrance to the
Belleview Service Center, 1800 West Belleview Avenue, Littleton, Colorado 80120. The
project will consist of designing and building the vehicle entry gate system; demolition
and removal of all materials made obsolete by this project; pouring new gate actuator and
pedestal concrete foundations as required; installing new pedestal, access and exit loop
hardware; installing bollards or protective barriers to protect the pedestal or other
hardware as needed; coordinating the selection and installation of the access equipment
with our security access vendor; installing new electrical as required; and installing new
fencing.
